ABOUT THE FOUNDER OF FAST
Chris Bettis
Coach Chris has always had a passion for sports and the science behind sports training. As a youngster before the youtube era Chris would walk 2 miles to the local drug store to read magazines that listed training regimens. He would bring a note pad and pen with him and copy the training programs word for word. Once all the info was logged he would walk to the local park and spend hours completing them.

FAST has helped hundreds of youth athletes make top teams in all of the major sports. In the last 3 years FAST has had over 100 athletes commit to play D1 and D2 collegiate sports. Our trainers all share a burning passion for sports and leverage their own experience as players and instructors to help your athlete excel.
