The time has come for our relocation so please do not forget as of July 29th we will be in our new facility in Suwanee, GA. The address is 4305 Brogdon Exchange NE, Suwanee, GA. and we are inside of the Legacy Sports Complex. All class times and training sessions will continue on the same days and at the same times. All of your favorite trainers will still be there and the show will continue, lol.
When I started FAST 15 years ago the only thing I cared about was helping young kids excel and that still has not changed. Our focus at FAST is always on your athlete and always on how can we make them better mentally, physically and emotionally. We will never sacrifice your child's well being to make a quick dollar. There are a lot of places you can find to train but I can promise you there is not one where they have as much knowledge and passion for helping the youth. We thank you for supporting us over the years and we look forward to 15 more successful years!
